Venice Beach Wedding for Plant Lovers

When plant mamas get married, we celebrate with plants! We did a custom airplant and succulent bouquet for Mary with an asymmetrical plant-accented triangular arch. Her hairpiece and Todd’s boutonniere were handmade with airplants and rare greenery. One of my favorite pieces. On a rare rainy day in Los Angeles, the ceremony was moved inside the cozy boho Big Red Sun garden center. For the reception at Tar and Roses in Santa Monica, we hand-picked interesting plant foliage of varying heights in clear glass vessels and sprinkled some airplants at the feet of the vases to anchor the botanical centerpieces.

And the best part of a rainy day wedding, a wedding day rainbow and sunset!
